"I am writing this bring to your notice that one of your staff named Dhiraj behaved rudely. Around 9 pm on 4th Septmeber, I had gone to take medicine. Your staff members were not wearing mask and they were coughing without even putting hands or properly following Corona guidelines. The medicine I went to take was related to pregnancy. During Corona times, being negligent puts other people into danger. No proper measures were taken by the store. On top of this; your representative 'Dhiraj' in a stubborn manner mentioned that I have never purchased the medicines from here when I inquired him regarding points. This has been a problem that even though I have been purchasing medicines from Apollo Pharmacy either from Brahmaputra market, Noida, or Ganga shopping complex, Noida but whenever I ask for points, they always say the system is down and redeem points next time. This time I insisted Dhiraj to re-check and suddenly points started showing. Dhiraj was negligent for not being able to see that I actually had points that could have been redeemed. When I asked how much is the balance then Dhiraj said that there is no balance. You don't purchase medicines from us. I insisted that I only purchase medicines from here and go somewhere else only if the medicine is not available at this store. Dhiraj argued. I instructed him to take cash or charge me for the medicines. I don't need points. On this, Dhiraj became abusive. He said 'I see 464 people like you every day. Go from here.' When I asked him his name, he mentioned my name is Dhiraj and do whatever you want to do. I insisted that I write about this experience to customer support then he mentioned that do whatever you want but nothing will happen to me. I left. Now, what kind of behavior is this? - No corona guidelines. - Dhiraj making an error by not being able to pull up my existing points until I insisted. - Dhiraj being rude and abusive. - Dhiraj clearly mentioning to get the email ID from the Internet and shouting out loud that do whatever you want but nothing will happen to him. I always have considered Apollo Pharmacy as my first priority and usually, the staff has been friendly. But Dhiraj has been so rude and unreasonable. I asked for the email ID so that I can send all Apollo pharmacy bills that I have so far to confirm that your system can also be wrong. Its a machine. You guys can re-check the log and solve this issue. But he did not give the email ID. Instead, Dhiraj asked me to do a complaint and do whatever I can but he will be fine and will continue to be like this. Tell me where I could have been more reasonable as a customer and how is staff's behavior especially that of Dhiraj is justified. There was 3 staff including Dhiraj and Dhiraj was the one who misbehaved. I don't even know if he's real name is Dhiraj or he just made it up. I have written to customer care. Not sure if they will even take action but its my responsibility to share the experience in public so that other people don't go through the same experience as I did."
